I downloaded the SVN (r37181), and it works fine. Obviously something with the Debian Wheezy version that I was using (r34540).

Hello. I have noticed that MPlayer causes heavy flicker when playing AVIs encoded with the Indeo (RT21) codec. A sample file is available at http://alicja.homelinux.com/~mats/stuff/INDEO2.AVI.
