Is it possible to change video filters while a movie is playing without
restarting it?

It seems I can do so by calling reinit_video_chain() after the changes, but
the video is showing artefacts for a while then.

The only usage of reinit_video_chain() I've found is for command
"switch_video" which probably does a restart anyway.
