[MPlayer-dev-eng] Blurry artefacts during playblack

After updating FFmpeg today, I'm experiencing a huge amount of blurry
artefacts during playback with scenes where there is some motion in it
(as if the difference information from the last frame was corrupt).

Before I'm going to the trouble of bisecting it down, has anyone an idea
what might cause this (since the FFmpeg approx. one month ago)?
