Revised version (requires stream.control.patch from this mailing list to be
applied). It should show the current channel name when pressing PREV or NEXT.

If it works, I'd like to know the results of the following (with GUI started
in default -idle mode):

  Play TV (from menu),
  press PREV or NEXT (from menu or GUI button),
  now press STOP (menu or button).

  What does the GUI display as media name?

  Now press PLAY (not Play TV - just PLAY!) from menu or GUI button.

  Does it play again? If yes, what channel?
  (Presumably the "first" one in the channels.conf file?)
