[MPlayer-dev-eng] [patch] step through tv/dvb channels in gtk gui

Attached is a patch to step through TV and DVB channels in the GTK GUI.  
I have a USB DVB stick, a KWorld 430U ATSC, which I use to receive over 
the air channels.  Since I live in the United States, I could not test 
the TV part.

I cannot figure out how to get mplayer to work with DVB on MS Windows.
