[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] demuxer info codepage

Hello.

Russian files, especially mp3, usually come with ID tags in random
encoding, so I've added -demuxcp option for demuxer information
codepage autodetection, similar to -subcp.
The code may be shared with -subcp if necessary,
though this would require -subcp rewriting.
