Here's a working diff based on the previous one and on comments
from Reimar (thanks):
configure script:
* use a valid statement so that sndio is properly
detected: call sio_open()
* s/_aomodules/aomodules/ and s/_noaomodules/noaomodules/
ao_sndio.c:
* unbreak compilation, #include <stdlib.h>
* use mp_ao_resume_refill() to resume after pause()
* don't stop after AOPLAY_FINAL_CHUNK, as the device will be closed soon
* use calloc() instead of malloc()
* free pfds
* use sizeof(*pfds) instead of sizeof(struct pollfd)
* use af_fmt2bits & friends instead of rolling our own
* license: use the same header as other files
* sync comments to reality
* use 4 space indentation
