[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] disable mp3lib code by default

As suggested in the ad_mpg123 update thread, I propose a patch to disable building of mp3lib code by default, in preparation to removing it some time.

I see that the default codecs.conf already marks mp3lib buggy, so that if ad_mpg123 is built, it is preferred at runtime already. So this configure change is mainly to poke folks that explicitly configured use of mp3lib.
