The libcelt decoder is part of FFmpeg, not directly MPlayer. Since it is an
external library, it can not be enabled by default, it requires
autodetection. The autodetection has been added to the FFmpeg configure
script, but never to MPlayer's. Patch welcome.

A better solution would be to be able to call FFmpeg's configure from
MPlayer's, but that is harder to implement.
