[MPlayer-dev-eng] osd-3D patch

Hello,
i ve made a patch for displaying all osd on each eyes for
sidebyside and/or OverUnder Video.

This can usefull for display who are capale to rebuild stereoscopic
with SbS or OverUnder video.

Where i can send this patch (309 lines).

all osd supported:
text
progressbar
subtitile ttf ass and pgs
menu
