[MPlayer-dev-eng] GUI Icon

It took quite a while, but finally I received the set of icons under GPL.

Currently, the icons (as well as mplayer.desktop) are in the etc directory of
the repository. We now have multiple icons with the same name in different
sizes. Should they go in a subdirectory of etc/ or should I move all icons
and mplayer.desktop into a new subdirectory under gui/ (where I maybe could
move pixmaps/ as well)?
