Actually, that was not exactly what I meant. The "infodump that nobody
reads" I was talking about was the constant part:

"Note: If you alter theses files" ... "If you suspect a bug"

I do not know how exactly how other people react, but as for myself, the
first few words tell me "standard disclaimer from developers who do not want
stupid bug reports", and I stop paying attention.
