Applied.

There are issues with the console variables though. Should the current state,
when closing the GUI, affect the console setting in the config? If you start
without console (in your config) and switch it on before you close, you'll
end up with a console at the next GUI start. Shouldn't happen IMO. Config
setting shouldn't be overridden. What do you think?
