Hi, patch updated.

To decode DTS-HD the option dtshd_rate was required.
I test this patch works fine for DTS, DTS 96/24, DTS HiRes and DTS MA.
But it is very choppy(does not check DTS or DTS-HD).

And I write code for Dolby TrueHD.

2. AC3
3. DTS
4. E-AC3
5. Dolby TrueHD
6. DTS-HD

Not tested:
1. MPEG4 AAC (my receiver does not supoprt)
2. MPEG audio(Layer1,2,3) (my receiver does not supoprt)

Not developed:
nothing
