[MPlayer-dev-eng] suggestion: svn external libdvdcss?

I've noticed that libdvdcss has had some changes since 1.2.10, some
needed for a few DVD's:

(synopsis: I think it was necessary to have TRUNK in order to play a
few DVD's well).
Perhaps it should be made into an svn:external (or version bumped)?
Anyway just pointing it out.
