I didn't file a bug, but discussed it here, in the earlier thread re:
"r32056 Causes Loss of A/V Sync with VOB files".

This sync problem occurs with all NTSC TV DVDs I tested, including at
least West Wing, Star Trek TNG, and Stargate SG-1 (several episodes of
each tested, and confirmed to lose sync).
