Well, if anybody has anything against it, I can take it down. The
copied data is mostly GUIDs, function and COM interface declarations
(which are available online anyway), some defines, typedefs and
structs. Theoretically everything is available as MSDN documentation.
If anybody is concerned in the future, I will remove the single header
file in question.
