[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] An -include option for the GUI

It'd be convenient, if there were a GUI counterpart to MPlayer's option
'-include' (think of two displays, one a PC monitor and one a TV set.)

I must admit though that I'm not sure whether 'ginclude' is a good name.
