[MPlayer-dev-eng] Remove needless fontid

Does anyone know about (the history of?) fontid?

Actually, fontid isn't used anywhere (at least no fontid declared in the skin
file; an internal id is assigned each font by its name, but this is totally
internal and doesn't affect the user). The documentation is wrong and very
confusing for skin designers.
