Hi,

we at Google have a few simple bugfixes we use internally and we would like to upstream them:

- Increase bitrate limits for lavc encoding
- Don't hardcode path length in libmpdemux/mf.c
- stream_write_buffer return value is never checked, make the
  function retry by itself
- add aqscale lavcopt (equivalent to ffmpeg -aq)
- fix libmpdemux/muxer.c memleak
