Please try this patch.

It works for me with Wine. (For Wine port users: To overcome the driver
letter problem, create a Wine driver letter link to the DVD mount point
and set dvd_device to that mount point in gui.conf.)

The PREV/NEXT buttons act differently (than I described earlier for the
X11/GTK GUI) in the Win32 GUI though. They only change the chapters. To
change/select titles, there is a context menu in the video window (DVD ->
Select chapter...) which should be renamed "Select title/chapter..." though.
