[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Enable gui slave commands

Something like this has been remove in r31378, but in order for slackers to
be able to operate the GUI with a remote control, we need it. I tried to
minimize the impact on non-gui files and think I found a neat solution (first
patch).

A check for the existence of the message in the skin is still missing and
some work has to be done in the GUI to allow more key navigation yet, but
that is GUI stuff. (I only attached the second patch to give an idea of the
basically simple realization in the GUI.)
