[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] ae_lavc: set default bitrate to 128k

The current default abitrate for ae_lavc is 224. For MP2 (the default
codec), this is incompatible with some common sample rates, like 16000.
Also, this is quite a large value, while the default vbitrate is quite low.

The attached patch changes it to 128k.
