[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH]SPDIF pass through decoder

Hi.
I write SPDIF pass through decoder in MPlayer.
This decoder use ffmpeg/libavformat/spdifenc.c .

Tested:
1. MPEG2 AAC
2. AC3
3. DTS

Not tested:
1. MPEG4 AAC (my decoder cannot decode MPEG4 AAC)
2. MPEG audio(Layer1,2,3)

Not developed:
1. E-AC3
2. Dolby TrueHD
3. DTS-HD
