[MPlayer-dev-eng] Return correct stream IDs for slave mode

There was a typo in your patch, 'v' where an 'a' should have been, which is
fixed in the attached patch.  This patch performs as well as my prior patch
under the conditions tested.

Unfortunately I have no DVDs to test, and the only method of Blu-Ray
playback that works on OS X is MakeMKV, which can either rip a BD to mkv, or
stream the decrypted m2ts file.

If someone else can test DVD or Blu-Ray stream selection under this patch it
would be appreciated.
