Does this work? Don't you need a config.h and config.mak in the ffmpeg
directory as well?
At least for running make in the libav* subdirs?
But if it works, go ahead. Might be a bit of an annoyance for anyone
having unmerged changes in the libav* dirs, but that should not be
much of an issue (they can still do svn up in those after the change).
