[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] remove UNUSED macros from libvo/

We have an UNUSED macro duplicated all over libvo/.  This is supposedly
used to suppress warnings about unused parameters when -Wextra is turned
on while compiling in debug mode.  IMO this is pointless.  Either keep
the warning or turn off the warning flag.
