[MPlayer-dev-eng] aalib configure bug (and fix)

Hello,

mplayer failed to link when building with aalib. Please find attached the
fix to make it work again.

Two other things I noticed:
- trunk/README talks about DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html, should that be
  DOCS/XML/en/bugreports.xml now?
- When displaying a video with -vo gl2, I don't see the OSD when pressing
  'o'.
