[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] add VP8/WebM support

The attached adds support to demux_mkv for the webm doctype and V_VP8.
Based on feedback regarding ffmpeg's configure test I imagine this one
should be split as well given that the library can be built encoder or
decode only.
