Playback with a local key database (à la .dvdcss) would not require
libbluray, is this correct (leaving out bd+)?
Does someone know if libbluray is able to provide a patched stream
(bd+-wise), which should also not be a problem, if the VUK would be
known? Or am I missing something here?

Lastly, of course, means to gather the VUK would be needed somehow, but
leaving out this, I don't think there should be legal hurdles for simply
providing playback for a known key...

In the current key database, there are for some BDs other keys
published, which are not VUKs (apparently), does anybody know IF these
are needed or at least what they are needed for? From my (very basic)
understanding, the VUK should suffice...
