[MPlayer-dev-eng] Updated color management filter

Hi,

Attached is a patch not yet intended for submission, but just to satisfy 
the need of people with the need to apply it to the current SVN revision.

You may notice that there are some ongoing development code to interface 
it with external color management modules (such as the Adobe CMM), but 
they are inactive as of now.
