[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to display the start time of a media file with -identify

This patch will display the start time of a video when the identify flag
is used. This is useful for videos that have a start time encoded into
them, but a short length. This patch is useful for gui wrappers like
gnome-mplayer and SMPlayer that need to know the start time of a video
so they can seek properly in the media

The media file at this link exhibits this weird encoding.
