Are those for some reason using RGB as output?
You can't exactly expect the output for RGB->YUV conversion to stay
the same, though in this specific case using the right -sws flags
might give the same result, though it is also possible it now takes
a completely different code path in the binary decoder.
You should probably test with only a single "out" format in etc/codecs.conf
for that format.
