No.

First, you can watch only unencrypted Blu-ray, which basically limits
the playback to decrypted variants obtained via other measures. You'll
need libaacs and libbdplus for full playback, and both may have a
difficult legal standing, depending on which country you are in. Both
have to be gotten separately and are not finished yet / under heavy
development (AFAIK).

Regarding the subtitles: You'll have to apply the patch from Reimar from
Saturday (11:00 a.m., pgssub.diff) and use lavf demuxer. Apart from
that, this is, as Reimar mentioned, far from finished.
