Your enthusiasm is admirable, but your sense of entitlement is 
counter-productive.

@devs,

I've been threatening on and off to send you guys some BD-ROM drives if 
you want ... send me an email off-list if I can get you one, I'd love to 
help push things along.

And don't worry, if I buy you hardware, I'm not gonna expect anything in 
return.  I promise I won't ask to date your daughter. :)

Plus, poke me if you need any samples, I've got lots to choose from.
