Look at the entries of other video filters in the manual page, located
at DOCS/man/en/mplayer.1.  Copy and modify such a section.  Check that
it looks correct by invoking

  man DOCS/man/en/mplayer.1

Please use K&R coding style for new files, no tabs, no trailing
whitespace, 4 spaces indentation.
