[MPlayer-dev-eng] compile error vo_matrixview.c with current SVN

Matrixview needs OpenGL, but in the configure script autodetection of
matrixview is done before OpenGL autodetection, so matrixview is always
enabled, unless --disable-gl is explicitly provided to the configure
script.
The attached patch fixes this by moving matrixview autodetection after
opengl autodetection.
