[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] drop support for old DVB code

So we have support for two DVB API versions, one looking for includes in
the ost/ subdirectory, the other in linux/dvb/.  The ost one appears to
be so old and deprecated that I am hard-pressed to find any traces of it
on the internet.

Can somebody provide some enlightenment about ost DVB stuff?  Or give a
good reason why not to drop support for this ancient code?  It adds quite
a bit of clutter...
