[MPlayer-dev-eng] New patch for play DVD's with dvdnav://

Hi everybody!

Here is a new version of the "04_dvdnav.patch"

This new version solves the choice of audio and subtitle language by DVD menu for DVDs
like Star Wars series :) (I had meet a problem with Star Wars Episode III: the audio
track wasn't selected correctly)

I have tested this patch with others DVDs: they work without problems.
