[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] __cplusplus #ifdef removal for loader

We no longer consider the loader code external and it will never be
made into a general-purpose library.  I therefore propose removing
all those annoying __cplusplus #ifdefs.  They clutter the code for
no gain at all.

Notice that one } seems to be missing from ldt_keeper.c, so some of
that code was likely broken to start with..
