Thanks. You are of course right with your patch, go ahead and apply it (sorry
that in my "concern" about MinGW64 I did not ok the patch immediately).
I'll figure out how to fix MinGW64 later, thanks to your log I now have a "list"
where to look to get a working combination of headers.
