[MPlayer-dev-eng] configure related (dvdio.h)

seems s.th. with configure on my FreeBSD 8.1-STABLE went wrong...

then changing #undef in config.h to
#define DVD_STRUCT_IN_SYS_CDIO_H 1
everything builds fine again.
