[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] EDL changes: loadfile and adjust pts functionality

Hello,

This is combined patch that adds new slave command edl_loadfile and new command line option -edl-adjust-pts which adss/subtracts start_pts from the EDL record's start/stop positions. With these changes, working with EDL will be very much easier especially in slave mode for embedding in video editorial software. I can see request to split up but these things are very close and touch EDL functionality so i risked to send it as one patch
