The patch fixes many PAFF samples with demuxer mpegts and nocorrect-pts, but
breaks many (all?) PAFF samples with -demuxer lavf -nocorrect-pts.

Note that if the change to libavcodec is needed, it has to be posted to
ffmpeg-devel, unfortunately, an explanation "needed for MPlayer" is typically
not sufficient there (note that ffmpeg deals fine with PAFF afaict).
