There was a merge conflict with Reimar's commit "Remove pointless casts.".
Just a "(void*)" removed from a line near my changes. Here are the last
versions of the patches.

eosd-factor: I was told to apply it myself, I will do it very soon unless
someone opposes or find a problem.

I am still waiting for some feedback about:

eosd-strtol  (a doubt about the octal syntax)
eosd-dynamic (build a dynamic list of EOSD sources)
eosd-command (use EOSD to add a logo via a slave command)
