Currently libavformat limits the number of streams to 20. This causes
regressions with many Matroska files, since attachments are also handled
as streams. The number of (audio, video and subtitle) tracks plus
attachments can easily exceed 20.
MPlayer's internal Matroska demuxer doesn't have any such problems.
