I would like to help in anyway I can, but with grad school, I'm a little pressed for time.  However, I did find some interesting information.  I didn't go through it to check to see how useful it would be but some of Sony's Blu-ray players have their software posted online here:

The bottom 7 items are specifically listed as bluray.
