[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] reduce hardware MPEG decoder codec priority

Hardware MPEG decoders are a vintage thing of the past.  Here is a patch
to use software decoding by default.  The minority of people that
actually do have hardware decoders can easily adapt their personal
configuration.
