This problem looks like it caused by a misinterpreted bitstream. This may 
happen for samples that contain not yet discovered coding features.
Can you upload the file somewhere? I don't know what Mans wants to improve but 
it probably will not fix this issue unlike he has access to the wmapro 
specification.
