I was using incorrect key. It seems that was not for my 2-disc
edition. Used aacskeys and got working one :)

Now playback works (just my machine is too weak in case of using 1
core). Hope your patch will be accepted after last fixes :)

Do you plan to improve BD support in MPlayer? Like subtitles and audio
tracks support?

I'm also wondering if choosing "BD://" is right idea. We use small
letters for everything now: vcd, tv, radio, dvd and so on. Maybe you
should use "bd://"?
